BonBonBio’ originates from the desire to offer a pleasant and simple rosé, without pretence, bringing out the floral qualities of Sangiovese and its capacity to bring to the glass the essence of our land and all its mineral characteristics.

Variety: Sangiovese

Vineyards: Pietra del Diavolo and Podere Monti

Layout: spurred cordon, single and double Guyot, plant density 5000/5500 per ha

Soil: clayey, calcareous, ferruginous with a fossil-rich structure

Fermentation: spontaneous  in steel vats

Ageing: 10 months in small cement barrels and amphoras

Production: 600 bottles

Certification: Organic wine CCPB, Biodynamic wine BIODYVIN.
