The caveau is the centre of the Vincenti family’s agricultural origins and the reason why we wanted to create a small MUSEUM of the Croce di Febo winery’s production.
Here you will be able to try all the vintages produced in addition to the VINSANTAIA, the Metodo Classico and the oil; and it is here that WE INVITE YOU, glass in hand, to reflect for a moment on the importance of the production of small companies that work with LOVE.

Evelina will guide you through the most precious bottles in our collection, opening two historic vintages for you to compare with today’s wines. A rare exercise: discovering how a wine changes over time, smelling it, tasting it, and hearing its story from someone who was there.
We have chosen to accompany this experience with selected cured meats and cheeses — because some stories are best appreciated when you sit down, slow down, and give yourself time to understand.
