This is the only exception to the native vines we make. Syrah is not typical of Montepulciano and for this reason we have called it Alieno. Yet this wine does not seem to behave like an extrater- restrial, despite being an “extra-terroir”. You will understand it from the way in which it tells the sun, the wind and the earth that determine its nature.
