“Soft” vinification, restriction of CO2, water recycling, safety at work, absolute respect of the crop, are the pillars of our cellar

The winery was planned to offer a safe working environment to the staff, limit CO2 emissions as much as possible and make use of water sparingly, allowing us to carry out a soft vinification of the grapes bringing out all their individual characteristics.

Chemical and synthetic products are banned during all wine-making phases, promoting the characteristics and uniqueness of each harvest. We take special care in using only traditional methods, so as to bring out the qualities and aromas of our terroir.

All the energy utilized in our winery is produced with solar panels, and thanks to a phytodepuration system waste water is stored and recycled for irrigation.
