The Nobile di Montepulciano is the expression of the differing seasons and vintages. The vineyards are taken care of according to their natural rhythm so as to always obtain grapes of the best quality, while respecting the diversity of the two vineyards from which it is produced.
The grapes varieties are processed separately and only blended at the opportune moment.
Our interpretation is innovative while respecting the centuries old tradition of Montepulciano wines, in the essence of their structure, longevity and elegance, imbued with a subtle finesse.
The colour is intense ruby red, the aroma is broad, with notes of small dark fruits, spices, wild herbs and a hint of wet stone.
In the mouth it is dynamic and enveloping, tasting of red fruits and white flowers with soft tannins ending in a mineral and savoury finish.
