PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Il Cacciato is the jewel in the crown of our production, following the best tradition of the Vin Santo of Montepulciano. The grapes are carefully selected and dried out over a long period, to obtain a genuine concentrate of the characteristics of our region.
Deep amber in colour, it is broad in aroma with underlying citrus fruit, notes of caramelized figs, zabaione and coffee.
Rich and toasty on the palate, it offers notes of dried fruit, candied peel, with a backbone of crispy acidity.
