BonBonBio' originates from the desire to offer a pleasant and simple rosé, without pretence, bringing out the floral qualities of Sangiovese and its capacity to bring to the glass the essence of our land and all its mineral characteristics.
The colour is soft, tending towards onion skin, the aroma is of citrus fruit and blossom with notes of grass.
In the mouth it is a combination of citrus fruits and iodine, crispy and fresh ending in an almost saline finish.
